By using the Trusted Zone software or website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

Trusted Zone is provided "as-is" under a commercial or freeware license, depending on your usage tier. You may install and run it on your own network for defensive cybersecurity purposes only.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute threat detection, or legal compliance. You assume all risk related to the installation and operation of the software.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Trusted Zone, its creators, or affiliates be liable for:

• Any damage, loss, or liability from improper deployment or false positives
• Legal consequences from unlawful monitoring
• Downtime, data loss, or misuse by third parties

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service (if any).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the software for offensive or deceptive purposes
• Intercept or log legitimate user traffic without authorization
• Repackage, resell, or reverse-engineer the software

6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all laws applicable to your use of the Service
• Notifying your organization or ISP of its presence, if necessary
• Regularly updating and securing the software

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access or updates to users who violate these terms or abuse the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and applicable EU law. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Koprivnica, Croatia.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
